Oswestry Child Contact Centre

A dedicated, safe and supportive environment for children of separated families.

Our Oswestry Contact Centre has helped parents and families reconnect with their children for over 25 years.

What type of contact do you want to organise?

    Supervised

An environment where the child spends time with the non-resident parent or caregiver in the presence of a supervisor. The supervisor observes the interaction and may take notes about the visit. Reports may be shared with courts or other professionals if required. Sessions are usually booked and charged per visit.

Supported (trained volunteers are present at all times)

A welcoming environment where children can spend time with their non-resident parent or caregiver. Families share a room with other parents and children. Trained volunteers are present to offer support, help manage arrivals and departures, prevent parents from meeting if needed, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
